Women@Saint John’s is excited to host the White Elephant and Bake Sale again this October! The sale will take place on Friday, October 2, and Saturday, October 3, from 8-noon both days.  This sale generates the income that Women@SaintJohn’s uses to fund other ministries, both locally and globally, throughout the year. This ministry also provides the coffee service the you all enjoy on Sunday mornings and keeps our kitchen supplies stocked.

In order to make this sale successful we need a few things from all of you:

1) VOLUNTEERS! We need your help to transform Ouimette Hall into our sales floor, collect, sort, and price items in the week leading up to the sale, work the sales floor or cash registers, and clean up after it’s all finished.

2) Donate clean usable items for the sale!

We WILL accept:

--Household items, glassware/china, antiques, sporting goods, tools, jewelry, purses, linens, holiday items, games, small electronics, small furniture items, and kitchen appliances. All items must be clean and in good working order.

--Jackets, coats, cardigan-style sweaters, hats, and shoes. Items must be clean without rips or tears!

We WILL NOT accept:

--Large furniture/appliances, magazines, books, VHS/cassette tapes, cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, food (even if unopened).
