All women are invited to join us on Saturday, March 21 st at 9:00 a.m. for another functional fitness class led by local Zumba and Barre instructor, Heidy Mangiardi. This time the class is free but we will be accepting free will donations to help support our April and May events. We will also be hanging out afterward to chat and enjoy some healthy snacks. This class is low-impact, performed to fun music, and can be customized for all fitness levels. Please bring a healthy snack to share.
